BarSupermarket.com is committed to the highest quality of customer services and will do
all we can to ensure that your entire experience with us, from browsing our website to
receiving your goods and posting your reviews online, goes as smoothly as
possible.
We understand that sometimes things change, or things don’t always go as well as
expected, which is why we want to do everything we can to keep you happy wherever
possible.

BarSupermarket.com gives you the right to cancel any order placed with us for any reason, up to the period of 7 working days after the day you received your
goods.
Whether you ordered the wrong product, it was a different colour/ size etc than
expected, or simply if you just don’t want it any more, BarSupermarket.com will happily
provide you with a full rebate – every time.

2. How And When Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order at any point from your goods being received to 7 working days
after receiving your goods, in the following ways:
1. Telephone – Call our fantastic customer services team on 01254277844.
2. Email – Simply email details of your cancellation request to:
bsm.team@mdalimited.co.uk.
3. Fax - Please fax details of your cancellation to 01254 277888
4. Post – Cancellations can be processed by post by sending details of your order
and the products you wish to cancel to;

N.B. Cancellation requests must be received within 7 days after receipt of
order. Outside of this, BarSupermarket.com is able to accept a later cancellation if
proof of postage within 7 days of receipt is obtained.
BarSupermarket.com will happily accept cancellation requests via any of the above means,
and kindly asks that the following information be included to speed up this
process:
1. Name
2. Contact details
3. Order number
4. Details of the product or products you wish to return

3. How Do I Return My Order?
Returning your order, whether in full or only part of it, is easy. Our friendly customer
service team will walk you through all the steps required, and all you need to do is
visit your local post office and send back to the address detailed on your packing
note.
If you do not have your packing note to hand, the address you will need to send this
back to is: BarSupermarket Returns Department, MDA, Cardwell Mill, Albert Street,
Blackburn, BB2 4BJ.
Your order must be returned in the condition and original packaging it arrived in for a
rebate to be processed. BarSupermarket.com reserves the right to withhold any rebate if
further investigations find that this product has been used or damaged in any way after
it was received by you.
Upon confirmation of cancellation, our Customer Services team will create and send you a
specific returns document detailing the products that you are returning and this should
be included when you send these goods back to us.
Please package the items you wish to return carefully and securely and send this back to
us within 30 days of receiving your order.

4. My Items Are Damaged, Missing, Not Working Correctly, Or Not As
Described
If your items are damaged, missing, not working correctly or not as described then
something has gone wrong and we want to know about it. Please contact our Customer
Services team and we will investigate this immediately.
Dependent on your query we will either issue you a full rebate or send replacement goods
for you.
Where items are damaged, not working correctly or not as described, our Customer
Services team will kindly ask you to return these products to us at your earliest
convenience. In these instances BarSupermarket.com will issue you a full rebate,
including the cost of deliveries both for receiving and returning your order.

5. I’ve Changed My Mind - Can I Send Back My Order?
Yes, of course!
Providing we receive notice within 7 working days after receipt of goods we will happily
honour any cancellation, no matter what.
Simply call, email, fax or post your details to us within this period of time and we
will gladly rebate you the price of your goods.
If you do just change your mind you would however be required to pay for the cost of
returning the items to us.

6. I Haven’t Received My Order – Where Is It?
If you were expecting to have already received your order but it hasn’t yet arrived,
don’t panic.
All orders are sent through a premium carrier network and require a signature, so we
don’t class any order as delivered until we see a full copy of the Proof of Delivery
that has been signed to say it has been received. This means we can track your order at
any stage of the delivery process for you.
We aim for all orders to arrive with you within 7 working days, however any order can
take up to 30 working days to arrive. We have a fantastic track record for delivery, so
please only contact us if your goods have not been received within 30 days of placing
the order. At this point we will investigate this further for you immediately, and if we
cannot confirm that your item has arrived safely we will gladly provide you with a full
rebate within 30 days.
If you have paid to use our Next Day Delivery service and you have not yet received your
goods, please call our Customer Services team on 01254 277844 and we will attempt to
locate your items immediately.

7. When Will I Receive My Rebate?
Your rebate will be provided within 30 days of us receiving your notice of
cancellation.
We are required to provide your rebate back onto the same card or the account that you
used to originally pay for the goods.
BarSupermarket.com cannot provide rebates for goods returned if we do not receive them.
If however we don’t receive your returned goods but you have Proof of Postage for
sending them back, BarSupermarket.com will still happily provide you with the necessary
rebate.
Equally, we cannot rebate goods that arrive to us later than 30 days after you received
your order unless you have Proof of Postage confirming that they were sent back within
this period.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the service received from BarSupermarket.com then
please tell us! We can only improve things if we know that there is a problem, so you
