Purchasing

You must be over 18 to order from this website. BarSupermarket.com will not sell to anyone who may be suspected of being under 18 years of age. You must be over 18 years of age to accept delivery of any product ordered. By submitting an order you are confirming that you, and any intended recipient, are 18 years of age or over. Unfortunately we only accept orders from the United Kingdom.

Trade only products

Within the BarSupermarket.com website are certain products identified as ‘Trade only products’. Any item marked as ‘For Trade Only’ or exclusive for operating UK licensed establishments or similar are only permitted to be distributed to/purchased by operating UK licensed establishments due to existing licensing arrangements. As such, any purchases of/requests for ‘Trade only products’ by consumers that cannot be identified as operating UK licensed establishments, BarSupermarket.com reserves the right for orders for such products to be cancelled and refunded. Where customers that cannot be identified as operating UK licensed establishments have ordered ‘Trade only products’ as part of an order that includes non-trade only products, BarSupermarket.com will proceed with such orders whilst cancelling and refunding only those items identified as ‘Trade only products’. Where customers that cannot be identified as operating UK licensed establishments have only ordered ‘Trade only products’, BarSupermarket.com reserves the right to cancel and refund the entire order including any delivery costs.

Despatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Cookies

BarSupermarket cookies DO NOT store personal information. The cookies will only ever contain globally unique identifiers(GUID), which are then in turn used by BarSupermarket as references.

All cookies created and used by BarSupermarket are necessary for cart and basket functionality which is allowed under the EU law.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Sale and/ or Promotion Items

All sale items listed on BarSupermarket.com are not for resale. BarSupermarket.com refuses the right to cancel any order where any product is purchased for resale purposes. BarSupermarket.com reserves the right to withdraw any individual sale items, sale or promotion at any time without further notice. Over 18s only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts do not apply to delivery price. BarSupermarket.com accepts no responsibility for the availability of sale items/ sale stock/ promotional stock. All sale and/ or promotional stock and/or discounts/ offers available whilst stocks last only.
